@lauramackay2016 3cm, contractions coming thick and fast. Hopefully I will be going down to labour ward soon. Pain is very intense and not very good pain killers where I am atm. Xxx

@lauramackay2016 They're refusing to examine me until I've had the pessary in for 24hrs. Then they will examine me and if needs be give me a sweep then put the pessary back for 6 hours xxx

Went in Friday had two pesseries and a hundred sweeps 😂got sent home Monday 😫then went back in the following Friday and they was too busy to try again but she cane natural within 50 minutes that night xx

I got induced with my first born. Went in on the Saturday got the pessery at 3pm nothing progressed I only dilated to 2cm had achy back. Wasn’t until the Monday they broke my waters then ended up having to take me for a section as the wee mans heartbeat wasn’t sounding good,all the best it won’t be long until your wee guy is here xxxx

Took me 13hours for my waters to break with the pessary.

@mrskellaway thank you, I hope so too. Been here since 9am. Had the pessary around 2pm. I'm having tightenings but it's my back that's aching xx

I've been induced twice, both time were very different so here goes

First pregnancy 40+5wks had first pessary at 8am 2cm dilated, by 1pm I was 4cm and they broke my waters but labour stalled at around 4am at 9cm so was put on a hormone drip and finally at 11am the next day she was delivered by forceps.

Second time was much better, 36+2wks first pessary at 8am I was 2cms around 20 mins later I felt loads of pressure so they checked me again, I was 5cms and dilating fast they broke my waters and he was born at 10.15am.

@pearce5443, it ended in a section. Mine was a little different as I had twins and they wouldn’t let me go past 38 weeks (was 37+6 when I had them) my body just wasn’t ready. Fingers crossed for you x

4 days and it was declared failed! Had the pessary, 4 sweeps, 2 shots of 6 hour gel and didn’t get past 1cm!

I was induced with my last. I was already 2cm before induction day. Had a sweep. Went in around 9am and daughter wasn't born until 11:41pm she was back to back

@abbyrose that's what I'm going to do. Not in to much pain atm xx

@pearce5443 Olivia was back to back aswell but it was all in my back, i just walked loads and bounced on the ball xx

My last pregnancy I got induced at 6:15pm and by 10pm I started with contractions, my waters went at about 1:15am And had my daughter at 3:21am xx

I had an induction at 9am and didn’t go into labour until 2am the next morning. My second induction started at 1 and I went into labour about 9ish. The best thing to do is get walking. We went every hour for a walk around the hospital x

@chesscalouise2 been for a walk yeah, no not bounced on the ball though. I wonder if they have one I can use. Going to go for another walk after dinner xx

@abbyrose I had my pessary at around 2, I'm already 2cm dialated. But haven't had any contractions yet. Baby is back to back so wondering if that's why I can't feel much xx

So I went in on the Tuesday I was already 1cm, i had the pessary and contractions started 1 hour after but it wasn't until Friday at about 12 in the afternoon I was in full blown labour and was 4-5cm x
