Need some feedback ladies. I'm almost 28 weeks (will be friday) and the last 2 days havent felt the baby move much. I went to the hospital and her heart rate was fine. They sent me home. Now I'm waking up in the middle of the night with cramps. Is it normal at this stage of my pregnancy?

Doctor rant.
Okay, someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm mad.
Try drinking juice or cold water and see if that gets the baby moving. Cramps are normal but if they get painful and you begin to bleed go to L&D immediately. @firsttimemommy2019,
