I feel worthless .. Like I get I'm worth something to my kids But to everyone else I'm nothing....…

No they make me feel this way an its like how do I make them understand I'm not an I'm more then that

@birdy123 it's not your job to convince anyone that you have value. If they can't see it, then that's on them. Don't allow your feelings about yourself to depend on what others think of you, or you will only feel worse.

I’ll tell you what I was told, lol. I’ve been in a super dark place for a while, it feels like everyone’s pushing me deeper and deeper into a hole. Like I’m not even worthy for them to step on me. We can’t people please, we have to do what’s best for ourselves and our children. I hope this helps you the way that it’s helped me the last little bit ❤️❤️
