How do you moms get your lo to brush their teeth or when did they start to brush their teeth.

I let them “brush” their teeth then I brush them. You can also let them brush yours while you’re brushing theirs.

What do I do if she don't let me brush hers

I started letting my boy play with a gentle gum brush since around 10mo. He has a few toothbrushes. I let him play with one and take it around the house. Then one for bath time, one for the sink lol.. i know but this is what works for us. I will brush my teeth with him. He pretends he is washing them too. When im done, i do a quick brushing of his teeth the right way.. he dislikes it but some days he laughs because I make sound effects

BUT children are more visual than factual right now, so my brother put it on my niece like this:: She's gotta brush the "sugar bugs" away or they will eat her pretty teeth while she sleeps. 😁 she has him check every night to make sure the sugar bugs are gone before bed

Probably when my lo turned around 2 and have a lot of teeth... She doesn't like it that much, but we taught her to spit out instead of swallow....so soon we can go to a different toothpaste.... Some nights she wants to brush here, but mostly she like spitting.... She's 3 now and gained interest in doing it herself a few months before she turned 3
