I was going to do unicorn themed for my daughters party in March and everyone I knew with daughters did it, so I just didn’t do the theme, I returned the stuff I bought and just did a Pretty in Pink themed! Very annoying to see the same idea over and over again, I feel you.

@alyssa5792, i love the colors to but since everyone keeps doing it I’ll switch it up 😂 I’ll probably throw in some dark purple, greens and brown.

@alyssa5792, I’ll probably invite over fb like my family had been doing and over the phone. But those are cute I just don’t like the mermaid. Unicorn and fairy is the way I’ll go ☺️☺️

@soon-2b-mother-of-3, that will be to much 😂😂 i don’t need all them characters. I feel like it will throw it off and idk where to start 🤦🏻‍♀️ plus i don’t even think Disney has any unicorn movies.. do they??

@alyssa5792, i didn’t mean to sound rude.. but maybe like many others on here. Once someone makes it seems like someone is being smart something goes down. I don’t stay quite but swear I don’t delete anything i post even if I am wrong. Yea what are some things she likes?? Like puppies or flowers you can make a theme from anything lbs I saw on Pinterest a hot air balloon theme and it was cute af Pinterest has a lot of cute ideas

@soon-2b-mother-of-3, i don’t really have anything around that she loves.. she lives to watch Any Disney movie and I haven’t put anything twice. She just has had so many unicorns outfits since born I really just wanted that to be about her. But I’m so bummed out right now

@modom16, i know it’s common but till like 2-3 months ago it was no where to be seen between my friends and family and people on fb. So when I seen 1-2 I was like ohh ok that cute 😂 and then not so long ago it’s the only thing I see and I’m just here like 😒😴

I mean... unicorns aren’t exactly the most original right now. It’s pretty much bound to happen with how common of a theme it is. I just did a color pattern for my daughters 1st, doesn’t look so played out and is cheaper 👍

You can keep the unicorns and make it a fairytale theme!

I never cared when I was little and I didn’t even have a theme for my first birthday party because I didn’t even remember it anyway. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I understand how you feel, you want something nice and different for your daughter specially being her first birthday, if you’re open to new ideas the first thing that cake to my mind was like a fairy theme, it would be so cute and you could dress her as little fairy also. Just and idea I’d share if you’re interested.

@alyssa5792, that’s the point I don’t want to use there stuff or ideas.. I’ve been to 4 unicorn birthday since she was born and keep seeing everyone’s on Facebook. I’m so turned of I don’t want to be having everyone else’s ideas for my daughters first. And I had so much planned already.

@unicorn_mama, i don’t want to have a party that looks so much like others I’ve gone to.. or even invited people because they keep seeing is everywhere. I wanted her birthday to be something nice and I don’t like the idea of making her birthday looks like everyone else birthday we’ve gone to.
