When your co workers are young and unreliable 🙄. Get a text from one asking me to take her night shift on Friday, Knowing I open Saturday so it’s not a good thing for me to close Friday and have to come in Saturday morning. Plus, I’ll be 39 weeks on Thursday, Baby might come before then for all we know.

Tell them no then. 🤷 If you're that close to having your baby they should have enough common sense to not ask you to cover their shifts.

@leahkay, Oh I did. This has been happening since they got hired. I’m a manager and have to be on their ass when I work with them because they want to get paid for doing nothing but be on their phones. I don’t get why my boss doesn’t fire them

@blessed2018w9, I always do. I even record them when they’re doing nothing and show her, Even though the job’s camera has them. Since they’re under age they need to take a break if they work more than 4hrs, They take longer and I text my boss about it but she seems to do nothing. Two of them already quit so now we’re short staffed, I’m hoping she’s smart about it and hires older and more responsible people. I’m on schedule for a couple days this week, But my boss already has a back up schedule for if I go in to labor. Because I let her know I’d work until the end but my due date is near.
