Check with your doctor about Tylenol but it can be used for a cough/ cold. The medication can help with the pain of a sore throat and body aches associated with a cold (even us adults cant stand those). And I also second Zarbees baby cough syrup. Hope your LO feels better soon

Tylenol is only for fevers and pains. I wouldn’t suggest to medicate until he shows multiple symptoms, not just a cough. But if your baby does start getting sick, there are some OTC cold medicines that are all natural so it’ll be safe for your baby.
