You probably have a little cut inside . I had a little cut w my first on the inside of the lip and it would burn like hell. This time I didn’t tear or had any cuts and I was fine right away to use the bathroom , Didn’t feel any burning like I did the first time .

I just got the burning to stop a couple days ago & I delivered 3 weeks ago! If you lean all the way down while you are on the toilet and like look at the ground that somewhat helped me.

Did they give you one of those squeeze bottles for water? Use it while you go and it should help.
