@_mommyoftres he gets it if he sweats a lot or if he was in his stroller/carseat for a while. He got it the other day on his stomach and I didn't even think he had been that hot!
Most of the time I let him nap or wander around without a shirt or pants, and try to keep him cool. Lots of water. Within a day or two it's gone. Sometimes I'll put diaper cream on it if it's bad.
