I’m going nuts. My son is so demanding and I just wish for just 4 hours of straight sleep. Hoping he will have his tummy grow. He’s eating every hour to 2 hours. My nipples hurt so bad. I use nipple shield and pump what do you ladies use to make nipples less sore.

I use nipple cream dr Newman’s and Medela. I was hoping something better

Nipple cream helps too. It doesnt relieve immediately but keep it on there and it will get better after about a day.

What actually worked best for me was expressing milk on my nipples and letting it air dry. Once I started doing that they healed really quick.
