How long can breastmilk be in the refrigerator for vs in freezer. How do I warm it up? My little one is having a hard time to latch on. My nipple won't pop out. So I'm pumping it out and putting it in a bottle. This is new to me since with my first I just breastfeed and never used a bottle. 🤔😔😱
