Can someone give me any tips on what I need to do.
I have a 5 year old in kindergarten and I’m starting to receive notes from the teacher saying that my son is behaving bad not sure exactly what he is doing but the other day the teacher sent school work with written on it “He didn’t do his work because he was playing”. My mom picks him up from school since I work and yesterday the teacher told my mom that he wanted to talk to my husband and I. I called the teacher today and left a message with the front desk to have the teacher call me. I had this problem with my son last year too. I really don’t know what to do to make him understand that he needs to listen and behave.
I have tried taking his stuff away for a week and it usually works but as soon as he gets his privileges again he starts acting this same way. I know he is just a child but he is already 5 and old enough to understand that he needs to behave. Anything please?

@fakoffyeh, no he has never been checked for it. I have talked to the doctor in the past about him being really active and can’t really stay still sometimes unless he is watching tv or on the tablet but when we do his homework at home he is very patient and will do it all without a problem.
I know when he focus on something he gets it done.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
