I haven’t been producing breast milk like I used to. Is there anything I can do to help me produce more?

My son hit the 6 month mark but before that I had ordered a few times from milkymama.com and ordered their emergency brownies and BAM my milk supply went up but now I think I’m going to try the lady leche supplement from milkymama you can look her up online and take their test and see what they recommend for you.

Mother's milk and just feed feed feed the more you use the more you make and if you pump pump after u lr done feeding that will tell your body the baby is eating more so you will produce more

@abigaill, they have regular brownies which help do the same but the emergency ones help even faster! They are delicious too! Look on their fb page too their on IG as well but the fb comments on her pictures sometimes people post their discount and it’s 5$ off your first purchase!

Try this ice cream. I'vee seen few moms post or sharing a post about this ice cream helping with milk production. I would try it but i dont brest feed anymore.
