Been there...multiple times and actually recently. At least you’re aware of it, that’s a start. The only thing that works for me is doing everything possible to snap out of it, even if I don’t feel like it. I’ll get myself and the kids dressed, go outside and take a walk or go to the playground...anything really. As long as I get out of the house. It really does help. But there’s been times where I’ve done that and it’s been a complete nightmare because the kids were acting up. In that case, I just try again the next day. Stay productive as well. Laying around will make it even worse. Clean something, make something with the kids, anything. It’s really hard to push yourself to get up and moving when you’re depressed but you won’t regret after doing it for a little bit. And you have to shift your attitude. If you get a depressing thought in your head, push it out with something positive. Even if it doesn’t feel true to you in the moment, it will become a habit if you keep doing it. You gotta kick it in the ass and keep it moving 💪🏻 it’s hard but you can do it. Hope things get better for you, mama.
@kiki221, me too! It’s been so hard for me to get out of bed for the past few weeks too. I just want to sleep all the time and do nothing. My job makes its all 10 times worse too..
