I’ve been experience a lot of sharp pains in my vagina, sometimes they linger on for awhile. They’re all bearable but are definitely uncomfortable. I’m just curious if it’s normal? With my first son I experienced it too but I was dilating already at 30 weeks so I don’t know if it’s normal, or if I’m dilating again. My doctors expect me to go early anyway. I know that dilation doesn’t mean I’ll have him right away, and that you can stay dilated for weeks without anything happening. I just had so many problems with my son coming early that I’m worried about it with this one as well. Especially since I am NOT ready for him to be here anytime soon.

With my son I had a lot of ‘lighting shocks’ this time I’ve so far had a couple of random sudden pains that lingered so longer than the lightening and different. No idea what either means. But my boy was the full 2 weeks late and needed to be induced as no signs of labour
