I’ve seen a lot of ladies post about their bodies cleaning itself out in preparation for labor. Is this really a thing and if so how soon after did you go into labor ?

With my first it was just a few hours before I had her. I was in the hospital and it was coming out both ends tmi sorry. Then with my 2nd it was several times during the day. When I got close to having her I felt really sick but never threw up.
Yes for two day they say the more ur body cleans itself the less likely you are to poop during labor
It was a couple days for me but everyone’s different

Should I let my x know when labor starts
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
