According to my first ultra sound my DD is 12/3/18. My last doctors appointment I turned 30 weeks but babygirl was measuring 32 weeks, does this mean she'll be coming before the original DD?

My brother and his ex don't have a great relationship. They have joint custody of their 6 year old DD and my brother gets her every other weekend and 5 weeks in the summer. Both he and his ex are married now (they were never married to each other).
