I was induced before Bella dropped. I was 2 cm dilated since 36 weeks and wasn’t induced until the end of 41 weeks. They did the foley balloon which didn’t do much but get me to 3cm.. then once they broke my water and put me on pitocin is when I truly started contracting and she dropped. I had her that day and pushed 30 min!

@sam.momx5, Bella was my first and I don’t know if you’ve been induced before but it was intense,, right when my water broke and she dropped we went from 5 -10cm within just a few hours

@brianamestichelli, yes I’ve been induced with the foley bulb but this was three years ago and I don’t quite remember it all that well. I’m hoping he will come on but he’s just not ready I don’t guess.

@sam.momx5, I know what you mean! I knew I was for sure going overdue with her because she was so high she was like a shelf for my boobs 🙄

Everyone is different. I wasn’t induced but I was 10 cm dilated and my water hadn’t broken so dr decided to break it before I pushed. He said baby is still pretty high up. Well he broke it and then I pushed the baby out with 2 pushes ( second baby). I think if it’s not your first baby they don’t always drop til the end and they are usually easier to push out.
