I have breastfed twice in my life time for some reason the opposite of what is supposed to happen…

Are you eating healthy? You do have to eat more when you breastfeed but if you aren’t making healthy and nutritious choices, you can gain weight. Also, you might be moving around less of you have to breastfeed more often.

This happens to me as well. I dont eat in excess or unhealthy. I dont pack calories or nothing but weight hangs on to me like crazy. Stop breastfeeding and within the first month 10 lbs..gone. like wth? L9l

@nicemmcha2015 yes I thought it was just me durring my first baby but now since it is happening with my 2nd I understand I can't be too hard on myself because I know my body and you too it's just the way we are !

@littleonemorning I'm actually doing the same as ways but its,my body I need time and to stop breastfeeding to loose it and lately I haven't even had time to eat all day until 3 it's been so demanding breastfeeding that getting up to use the bathroom is hard lol

@verguinia, that also could be way, you aren’t eating enough so your body is clinging to weight. It happens.
