If I become a vegetarian for a week, would I lose weight? I feel fat....
@babytj0214, haha! I follow a nutrition plan that is simple and allows me to find and pick foods I like and cook to make them flavorful so I eat them more often. It’s called the 2b mindset, it’s more than just a nutrition plan. It’s helped my relationship with food. I used to be an emotional eater, but now I use my hobbies to deal with my emotions. Food has a purpose and it’s to give me energy, fuel my workouts and give me the best nutritional value. I track everything from what I eat, my weight every morning, my water intake, how I’m feeling, my sleep. It’s been the best thing for me.
