Haven’t had any problem with my feet swelling until the past two days😭

Also if you consume a lot of salt it can cause swelling in feet an legs

Keep them UP! literally put a pillow under your legs if you're on the couch or bed. If you have a foot spa 😉👍🏽 epsom salt too

Mine swelled for a good 3 or 4 days then went away
