I really want to lose weight, i have a 4 month old and ive never been this heavy.. Any advice???
Start off slow and dont be upset when you cant see results immediately. I'm losing weight and I started by just going on daily walks for at least 20 minutes of non stop moving, then I added doing daily yoga, and about a month later I added thigh and stomach workouts. For me I've been doing this for 3 months and lost 25 pounds. I didnt really change my diet except for not eating so much per meal, and snacking on better things, rather than junk
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Hello fellow oregonian 😁 since your freshly post partum still walking or swimming are great exercises to start you off, like pp said yoga is a great transistion workout. After you’ve been cleared at 6 weeks or so to start doing more intense exercises I can help with that.
