I've been going through that with my husband. It's hard to talk to them about it but it's the best thing to do. I know i had to tell my husband that I felt his video games were becoming more important which of course he got defensive and said they weren't. But I told him that he may not feel like they are more important but that's how I felt. We have now set up at least two days a week him and I try to do something together before he gets on games and he now most days spends time with the boys between bath and bed. Just make sure he knows how you're feeling about it.

Yeah the thing is , is that i do tell him but everytime i tell him how i feel it’s like he doesn’t care or thinks I’m just bitching but keeps telling me to talk to him I’ve been with him for 7 years and he can’t even tell me why he loves me and we have a 4 month old i feel he doesn’t want me but doesn’t show he does i just feel he lost interest i feel all i really have is my daughter I’m extremely far from my family and my parents lives an hour away so i don’t see them as often i just feel alone now
