@preciouslove, no I have not but that looks sooo good and I agree with using the beef instead of tripe or pork . Idk where you stay but that would be perfect for dinner here in ny state because it is a chilly day out

Hominy and beef with red Chile like menudo but instead of the tripe u put pork or beef I like beef better.
