Take your temp as soon as you wake up. No talking yawning nothing. Before you even get out of bed take your temp. Most period/fertility trackers have a place where you can put your temp in.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. What @damn.it.red said. I use the femometer and it automatically syncs your temperature to the app and graphs it for you but I put the information into fertility friend as well. If you’re a mouth breather at night you’d have to temp vaginally. It’s very helpful though.
