Take your temp as soon as you wake up. No talking yawning nothing. Before you even get out of bed take your temp. Most period/fertility trackers have a place where you can put your temp in.

What @damn.it.red said. I use the femometer and it automatically syncs your temperature to the app and graphs it for you but I put the information into fertility friend as well. If you’re a mouth breather at night you’d have to temp vaginally. It’s very helpful though.
