Any mommas on here with 30-31 weekers? I just spent the last 3 days in labor and delivery, they gave me the steroid shots for her lungs, they gave me magnesium and sent me home on bed rest with medication to try and keep the contractions/her coming at bay as long as possible! My cervix hasn’t dilated at all but it didn’t even go to a 1 with my son either, so i don’t trust my cervix haha. My son Came at 32 weeks and did amazing, but I’m so terrified of her coming this early (I’m 30+3 today) ! I’m in bed in just so much pain, if i stand up I immediately start contracting and honestly I’m Feeling so defeated and scared, Just needing some words of encouragement I guess.

@ging, I’m hoping I just get to be in labor for another 6 weeks and she comes then and surprises us all! I actually got re-evaluated today and though still contracting regularly was told full bed rest is unnecessary because my cervix isn’t changing (it didnt with my son either) so that was a relief having an almost 5 year old and bed rest is not the easiest combo 😂 as miserable as I am, I will gladly hurt as long as i need too and like you said, just do my best every day with my fingers crossed she stays in there until at least 37 weeks. Seems impossible with this pain and exhaustion but “ain’t nothin to it, but to do it” Right? Hahah

Good vibes only ♥️With my youngest of 4 I was 3 cm at 28 weeks and into active labor.. they kept me two and a half weeks and gave me steroids and a med to lower my blood pressure. etc. they told me any day.. and waited it out until my discharge. i remained contracting regularly for the remainder of my preg. I had a toddler at home.. and just did my best to relax when I could. Even after that Baby was born at 37 weeks. She actually weighed less than her sis who was born at 35w and in the nicu for two weeks. It’s so crazy. Every preg differs so much. Just wanna give you some hope and hugs.

@sky105, yes I’m on bed rest! I’m trying so hard but just am exhausted from having a contraction every 2-15 minutes for the last 3 days 😭😂. The medication slows them down to about every 15 minutes apart- but as soon as it starts wearing off they just start cranking out again. This is EXACTLY what happened with my son it feels like Dejavu. I just feel so awful that I apparently can’t grow my babies long enough 😔

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
