Has anyone else on here done or trying hypnobirthing? Would love to hear your experiences. I'm very scared about labour, and I'm sure most women are and I also know I don't have a choice in the matter, but I need to find something which will help me relax and stay calm. Thank you. 😊😘
@sarah.louise start by buying the books. I'm listening to a few audio books at the moment, they are brilliant. The classes are quit expensive, your looking anywhere between £100-£350. Sorry to hear you didn't have a good labour, hoping this time round is a lot better for you. X
I want to try hypno birthing, I’ve heard soo many positive stories about it, this will be my 2nd and my 1st labour/birth was horrendous, partially my lack of knowledge but also not a great midwife leading me through. So looking to take control this time and make it as smooth as possible, if you find anything I’ll be keen to know, I’ve been looking and really don’t know where to start! X
@winterbaby95 thank you for taking the time to comment. I think I'm going to try it as I am very nervous. And if it works then awesome. X
@vixster thank you so much for your advise. I'm going to try it and if it works it works. X
Sorry i cant advise you on it :) Im one of those women that werent scared or bothered by the prospect of labour. But i can assure you..any worries/fears you have will disappear when the time comes :) You will be too engrossed in and concentrating :) Also its great to think when in labour...every contraction brings you closer to meeting baby xx
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Hey I wasn’t scared of labour at all, I was looking forward to it lol but one thing I did know was that I didn’t want any pain relief during labour. I just took slow deep breaths and closing my eyes and focused when having a contraction etc. I had no idea about hypno births at the time until the midwife said ‘oh your having a hypno birth’ to which she had to explain it to me 😂 xx
