It has been a while since I’ve been on here. So my daughter is two and likes to sit on the potty and put the toilet paper in but can’t physically go yet. Lemme hear ur potty training tips/stories :)

@mrs.swan110916, lol same here. I read online how someone took off diaper and let them run around pantless and if they peed take them to potty quick so idk if I should try that approach sounds messy

My daughter is the same way. She’ll sit on the potty for a bit and watch her videos on kids YouTube but not pee, then she thinks she has to put toilet paper in just so she can flush the toilet.

I am determined and driven for success FAILURE isn't an option for me. I potty trained my oldest at 9 months old. My 2 middle son's were more difficult they were between 18 months and 2 years old. My baby boy was showing interest in potty training, I decided to buy him a potty chair. Potty training tips 1.) Don't rush your child 2.)Don't yell at your child 3.) Don't punish your child for having accidents 4.) Don't give you child candy 5.) Don't compare other children to your child 6.) Do praise your child 7.) Clap your hands when your child goes to the potty. 8.)Take your child every 15-30 minutes to the potty 9.)Don't criticize your child 10.) I don't recommend pull ups but I don't bash mothers who decided to use them. 11.) Remember potty training is not taught in one day you have to be determined to potty train your child.
