Any parents have a baby that likes to side sleep and belly sleep? I loose sleep I'm always so…

@lpheartsyou he doesn't like sleeping on his back at all. Sometimes he'll even try to sleep on his stomach face down but his arm on his forehead. I always flip him back over when I catch him. Nervous reck lol

Mine does a side thing

@shannamarie, my daughter started doing this same thing months ago. She’d put her face straight down in the mattress. After awhile she learned to turn it sideways but I used to do the same thing, go in there and turn her over. She’d just do it again whether it was immediate or in a few hours. I think that if they can roll around and lift their head well, it shouldn’t be a problem to let them sleep like that. They’re not a month old anymore ya know? Now she’s a year old and when I put her to sleep, I’m comfortable enough to put her straight on her stomach and she even sleeps with a blanket now. They grow so fast!

Natalie has been a side sleeper since birth. I just make sure her face is open and no into the mattress, now she rolls all over so I can’t really control the way she ends up mostly it’s on belly.

Mine sleeps on his stomach and side. 🤷 I had to sleep and honestly they did it that way for hundreds of years. They just switched to back sleeping in 1994.

Just let baby sleep if they get themselves there it's fine just make sure nothing In babies bed like blankets pillows toys etc my daughter likes to sleep in weird ways and was told by someone who is strict on safe sleep shes fine

My daughter would not sleep on her back from the time she was 1 month to about a year and a half. You lay her on her back and she’d roll right back over.
