@keyshlamateo2015, ugh I know. My hair was like that all of the time. I still suffer but it’s not so much. It could be the shampoo as well. Not even head and shoulders help it. Try a shampoo and conditioner based on olive oil.

Get some olive oil and leave it in ur hair for an hour. Especially your scalp. It helps keep it moisturized. U just have to do it like twice a week and u should be okay
