Morning! I know we aren’t doctors here but what have any of you been allowed to take for a cold while breastfeeding???

Eat raw garlic :) I slice it up and put it on a sandwich with mayo. It's delicious!

I took nothing. Everything you put in your body goes into baby’s. Sometimes you just gotta tough it out! Sorry!!!
