Like someone is squeezing your insides, then it releases and happens again within a certain amount of time, they can get more painful but can also get less painful depending on how close to labor you really are
My Braxton Hicks feel like period pains real contractions I only notice because my entire stomach will become hard asf and I get uncomfortable not from being in pain but because I don’t like how it feels at all 😂 I’ve had 3 c sections and never been in full blown labor passed 3 cm though so I’m not sure what painful ones feel like.
My contractions felt like my tummy would get very hard. The feeling would start low and move it’s way up toward my belly button. It almost felt like really painful gas?
It feels like a big ass Charlie horse times a million in your stomach and lower back!! Like somebody has reigns on you like a horse tied to you insides with their foot in your back pulling everything as hard as they can!!!! When it’s constant it just becomes annoyingly painful because it doesn’t stop. Only part I’m not looking forward to!!!

Very bad period cramps and right before labor when you start to really dilate you will want to curl up in aball
