I drank chai all the time when pregnant and never knew about star anise. Double check with your doctor.

Not saying either is wrong or right, but I personally was okay with it.

I’ve just stayed away from any tea while pregnant. There’s so many your not supposed to have, that for me I don’t risk it.

@khungy, yeah it’s sad. I love teas. 😔 I was looking up the ingredients on some of my favorites, and I can’t drink them.
