I'm getting some dental work done in the morning and my anxiety over it isn't allowing me to sleep.…

I have to take valium before the dentist actually! They prescribed it to me lol you may need them to prescribe it for you too girl!

I'm getting a deep cleaning and a couple cavities filled. I only pulled one side of my wisdom teeth so I'm noticing crowding happening so I might have to pull the other side. I'm literally nauseous because I'm so nervous.

@ajowens1547 it will take the edge of being nervous or anxiety girl! Literally amazing lol and I'm not pme for meds but I take it every dentist appointment.

@ajowens1547 no not at all. Just mellow. My husband actually takes it everyday since he has PTSD and anxiety as well but from being military. My dentist actually reccomended it to me because I was so nervous I was shaking in the chair, so she prescribed it to me and every since I still get nervous but I can handle it better.

Omg I have a cavity I need fixed. I hate the dentist too and I will make an appointment this week :( it’s driving me crazy!! Goodluck girl ☘️
