So an update for all those who commented on my last post about my sisters daughter who turned out to have strep throat and my weekend that was a NIGHTMARE!
My youngest son(1yr) was running a fever that ranged from 100.0-101.8 yesterday and today his fever was 101.1. We have given him medicine to help with the pain and fever but he is SO cranky. He hasn’t thrown up yet but he had diarrhea once yesterday. He is also teething.
My oldest son(3yrs) hasn’t shown any signs other than a cough here and there today. No fever, no diarrhea, no vomiting. He has been his normal hyper self.
Both boys have an appointment Thursday to go ahead and get checked for early Streptococcal pharyngitis (A.K.A Strep throat) please if you don’t mind saying a quick prayer for both of them I will greatly appreciate it!

Hoping that your its just the teething causing the fever and stool !! Happens to my kids every time when they are that age !!

@mamachey, oh I know, I was just reminding my husband of teething symptoms too. They are so similar right now but I’d rather be safe than sorry. I swear I check on the both several times a night just to make sure they are okay and haven’t started a fever again. I’ve tried so hard to keep my oldest from running high fevers because the last time he did it threw him into a fever induced seizure. I am just so ready for them to be checked out. Thank you for praying, I really appreciate it!
