My daughter has that!! She got it when she was three months old and now she's almost 4 and underneath the skin it's almost golf ball size. It's on the back of her shoulder. It's not bad, The dermatologist said it should shrink around age 5.

@mommyofthree2711 yeah my daughter's started as just a color too and grew. The color changed a little bit on it too. Idk why she has it, it's just like over production of fat between the muscle and skin. My daughter's was officially diagnosed as a lipoma though.
