You can have sex everyday. The sperm would only be negatively effected if you did it multiple times a day

@spookylyn, actually studies suggest having sex daily improves the health of the sperm and increases the chance of conceiving. If the man was ejaculating several times a day though it would definitely diminish sperm count and quality.
