Ummm i need help i jus lost my mucus plug I’m 37 weeks is labor near or i still gta wait

@laniejay we all know that the baby develops the whole pregnancy she obviously was asking a question if labor was near.. Not that she's trying to force him out. Your annoying and think every time someone asks a question or asks for advice they are trying to get their baby out. And most of us are first time moms and don't know all the symptoms yet so we ask a lot of questions or ask their opion on something. Your so stuck on thinking everyone is trying to force the baby out when its not done growing.

@jenny955 every post I look at that she comments though does seem extra and she knows because someone always says something to her about them .. I can't deal with people who just have to be extra and argue all the time like youre too old for that leave it to the young ones

@laniejay okay but if I wanna walk and do exercise during the day I can that doesn't mean I'm forcing him out it will also make labor easier you can't expect us to just lay on the couch all day and not stay fit.. Maybe thats what you did but that's not gunna be me and if he happens to make my water break well I'm walking or something then that's fine ue came when he was ready and I'm also 39 weeks

If you ask many who have known me for years, they will admit I’ve grown on them and they appreciate the factual knowledge and help I provide. If an open mind, knowing better and doing better, gaining knowledge to be a better parent aren’t for you - then again, feel free to block me. Otherwise, if insulting me is all you’ve got for an argument, I can understand why the lack of desire for education is what I see.

@jenny955, some people don’t realize the importance of the last few weeks and what is going on developmentally. Many people find it a bit of an inspiration to push through the feelings of being uncomfortable knowing how important it is for baby. I hope you feel a relief having made this thread all about you and your feelings, must feel like a weight off your shoulders.

@jordanrwilliams25 it is true its common sense a baby isn't gunna stop growing at 37 weeks its gunna grow till 40 weeks we all know this...

@laniejay, I started losing mine at 28 weeks and didn’t go into labor until 39. What you said is very true

@jenny955, hmmm could it be because it’s true? Could it be because so many people expect their pregnancy to end at 37 weeks and hype up every symptom? I’m not providing false hope or information that encourages unhealthy things for baby.

No it regrows I lost some mines a few weeks and nothing . If it was bloody than I’d say labor is near but just slime doesn’t really mean anything . Your almost done hang in there momma

The last few weeks are for brain growth and optimal lung development... hang in there, I know it’s hard at the end.

The mucous plug isn’t really indicative of anything. Blood is concerning.

I lost my plug with my first child on a Thursday and she was out by Sunday 👶

The mucus plug can regrow and shed throughout your whole pregnancy, but if there was bloody show then it's a different story

I always start losing mine in chunks starting at wk 37 it's ok as long as it's not bloody...still no labor for 1 -2wks for me
