What does it mean when you have clogged milk duct? I'm only 6 weeks. But I've been noticing since 2 weeks now. My nipple and entire boob hurts badly.

Clogged ducts are when your milk comes in. Your probably just sensitive due to pregnancy

Milk comes in after baby is born. Your boobs will be swollen and hurt throughout your first trimester. You will get a break from it during your second and then they will hurt again in the 3rd. If your like me, your milk mountains will hurt the entire time and continue to grow bigger than the belly and end up with enough supply to feed a small village when baby comes. It sucks I'm sorry
