My stomach has gone rock hard with some back pain. Can feel her moving and it's very uncomfortable. Any help or advice?

How are you now hun? Warm bath , some deep heat on your back or heat pads xxx

I’v been suffering with back pain and I went to bed with a hot water bottle last night and that really helped xx

@shaninex97, there is nothing worse than restless night. Sometimes I’m up every hour!! 😩

@xstacey123x I just can't wait till she's here now. Midwife thinks I can do this on my own without sweep etc. So just trying to think of ways to get it going x
