So I'm nervous about bathing baby.. anyone else bathed with little one on their chest... I'd rather do it that way than one hold his head and the other his bum! What you think? 🤔

I bathed my little girl from 2 weeks and I'm still doing it the same way, but from 6w I added Baby Bath Time. I tried sitting in once but it was awkward trying to hold and wash at the same time, spesh getting in them skin creases. So I stuck to this baby bath thing (5 quid at Tesco!). She loves her bath time Lol xx

@nicolemariehooperxo 3 weeks old lol :) I only washed her hair before that as it was covered in blood... only with water....But i didnt give her a bath until her cord fell off and healed further :) Maya was covered in vernix which is great for the skin so another reason i didnt bath her :) when she was born...she was literally white...looked like she had been dunked in cheese lol 😂😂 Loads of vernix xx

@vixster I've been flanneling and cotton wool balling him, his cord fell off when he was 4 days old.. I wasn't brave enough then 🙈 do you use Johnsons?

Jaxon was 10 weeks prem and we didn’t get to take him home for 4 weeks, so around then. Then with Willow probably 2 weeks, she was 6 weeks prem xx

I found it easier if I filled up the tub a little bit up to half my thighs and I had baby on my legs while they were closed and stretched out so he was kind of in the water and kind of not gives you two free hands in case your significant other isn't around because I usually bathe my kids during the day when my husband's at work
