About to throw this massive 18 pound ham into the oven. Can't wait to make some greasy rice!

@maddoxsmama when you cook a ham (a regular ham not the brown sugar) put about a cup of water into the bottom of the pan. When your ham is done, pour all the grease into a measuring cup. Figure out how much white rice you're going to cook. Then instead of water add the grease and cook the rice as usual. If there is not enough grease to equal the amount of water you need for the rice, simply add water to the grease until you have enough. The rice comes out greasy with a ham flavor. It's my all time favorite
