I bled for like 2 weeks and got my period 6 weeks PP

With my first, I bled for about 6 weeks. Period didn’t return until 9 months(I was breastfeeding). With my second I had postpartum bleeding about 5 weeks. Had Mirena inserted at 7 weeks. Spotted off and on for the next 6 months but, after that no period for 2.5 years until I had Mirena removed.

I think 4-5 weeks I believe and my period came back 5 months postpartum.

@aszx2, oh wow. I keep hearing everyone say don’t do the nexplanon. I know everyone is different but nexplanon has the same hormones as depo and I’ve had a bad experience with it twice. Period for a year straight both times so that’s a no go. I’m really considering the Mirena I’m just scared about it being felt. Thank you though.

2 weeks with my first 2 and 6 weeks with my 3rd!

I bled for 5 weeks, had a week of no bleed and then my period came back week 7 x

@aszx2, how was your experience with both birth controls? I’m thinking of getting one of the other due to be breastfeeding
