Finally decided I would let my mother give me a baby shower which will be Oct 27th I will be 37 weeks and 5 days then. I'm nervous because I don't know if anybody really going to come.

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

@angelfoodcake I understand that I have 2 girls so they will be the only kids at mines. My theme is monkey's and blue for some reason I love the monkeys they have for boys.

@happymommy3, that’s a good plan! We did our own shower and had left overs- not a crazy amount though and it was actually nice to eat it over the next few days 😂. There’s typically one or two that don’t show after RSVPing- because - life.

@happymommy3, if you’re really concerned, how about making it co-ed? We just did a small immediate family shower with a few close friends. It was nice. Obviously didn’t get nearly as much as I did with my first- but I got a lot of necessities and had a good time. Even if only a few come, you’ll still have fun- I’m sure the invites will request an RSVP

@aubsmom I hope so this will be my first baby shower and I have 2 girl's pregnant with my first boy. I just don't won't her to get all this stuff and make the food and nobody shows up

Yes I know the feeling I was like that last year but it turned out wayyyyy better than expected lol had to use a uhaul to take her stuff home .. It's gonna be fun !
