@burnsfamilyof4 cooked the hamburger alone in fry pan, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Spinach as much as you want, Tomatoes cut up,
Onions,
Cream cheese 4tbs,
Extra virgin olive oil
Fried in pan till blended together and cream cheese is melted.
