My baby has been drooling and sucking on his hand lately and I was thinking he might be teething ( but it’s too early for him to be teething, right) and now he has a high fever and I’m freaking out. I just want my baby to be okay.
I’ll be taking him to the er once I get home.

@bubbys.mommy, @roth1321, he’s temp is 100 it went down, it was 103 we are currently at the hospital staying over night.

I think the sucking on hand thing is developmental - mine started doing that around 1 1/2 to 2 months old, and for a fever anything over 100.3 is a fever rectal or under the arm pit, the forehead can be deceiving.

It’s not too early for teething mine started teething at 3 months old. What’s his temp?
