Solids are recommended for 6 months but I fed my son at 3 and it was best thing I could have every done , I have him fresh everything and has an awesome appetite

I had to start feeding my daughter solids at 4 month's, got it okayed by her pediatrician aswell as her dietary specialist for her allergies
Formula just wasn't enough to fill her belly up
