My breasts never got hard and I ebf for 15 months with my youngest. Is baby having enough wet diapers (6-8 a day) if so, no worries- you’re making enough!

Once your milk regulates they usually soften. As long as he's having at least 6 wet diapers a day, he's getting enough!
