LORD I forgot how much it hurts to potty after having a baby!! I am not looking forward to my first poop lol. Plus I'm in a county that they aren't allowed to give narcotics after birth because of so many dope heads so this Tylenol and midol isn't helping one bit..

Make sure to take some surgical gloves in the bathroom with you when you feel that need to poo! It may be gross, but you may need to "help " it come out.... and you don't want to be barehanded for that!
The stool softener I got with my son helped, but with my daughter I wasn't as lucky!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I’m so tired but I can’t sleep. Every time I lay the baby down he wakes up after like 10 minutes. 😴

I know Is so early but i feel flutters it feels so weird but i love it 🥰
After I gave birth they gave me a stool softener- not sure exactly what it was, I just took it. Only once, but it helped tremendously.
