How can I get my my almost 3yr old to use to potty I been lacking lately but I try tell him to tell…

I put my son on the potty every 30 min and I read him a book or I tell him to go pee pee and i tell him to fart (to get him to push for poop) and cause he's a boy he loves to fart lol it's helped alot!

Just put him in underwear and make him go every 30min. Reward when he does go, like a few skittles or something. If he is in a pull up he just going to go in it but he most likely won't like peeing in underwear.

@jmedina when he does go. In this pull up he don't like it so he takes it off so basically he don't like to be wet same my 1yr

We set a kitchen timer for every 20-30 minutes, when it went off we both raced to the potty and praised or rewarded successful trips!

Also, a bit random, you can use cheerios and tell him to aim to help with aim, make opening and closing the lid and seat vital now so that habit is set early, (my husband told him, hey dude there are ladies in the house, lift and then close that seat and lid) and my husband was really big about teaching him early that he only needs to lower the front of his pants when seeing because he didn't want his son dropping his pants to ankles and showing his bum to pee at school or something...
